Menstrual Equity Starts With Us: Support The Period Purse™

At this year's ACRM, NASPAG is collaborating with a Toronto-based charity.
The Period Purse™ is Canada’s first registered charity dedicated to menstrual equity. They provide free period products through community partners, lead advocacy initiatives and provide menstrual health education nationally. Their mission is to create menstrual equity by ensuring sustainable access to period products for all and by ending the stigma associated with periods through education and advocacy.
How You Can Help at the ACRM 2025:
  1. Donate Period Products
    • Do you have unused products? Pack them in your suitcase and bring them to the ACRM!
    • Buy and donate period products at the conference. Donation bins will be available throughout the event.
  2. Make a Financial Donation
    • Support menstrual equity with a financial contribution.
  3. Buy Raffle Tickets
    • A portion of raffle profits will be donated to The Period Purse! Don’t miss your chance to support and win!
  4. Be Informed

FIGIJ Advocacy Statement on Violence Against Women and Girls in Conflict, Humanitarian Settings, and War Situations

FIGIJ Advocacy Statement on Violence Against Women and Girls in Conflict, Humanitarian Settings, and War Situations

Endorsed by NASPAG

Introduction
The International Federation of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology (FIGIJ) recognizes the profound impact of conflict, humanitarian crises, and war on the health and well-being of women and girls. These settings exacerbate the vulnerability of women and girls to various forms of gender-based violence (GBV), including sexual violence, exploitation, and abuse.
FIGIJ stands in solidarity with global efforts to prevent and respond to violence against women and girls in these contexts and calls for comprehensive coordinated actions based on international standards and human rights principles.
