The North American Society for Pediatrics and Adolescent Gynecology (NASPAG) began in 1987 as a national consortium of gynecologists, surgeons, adolescent medicine specialists, pediatricians, endocrinologists, scientists, and numerous other specialists in order to facilitate research, disseminate education and optimize reproductive care for children, adolescents and young adults. NASPAG is an organization of over 500 healthcare providers across the US and Canada. In 2026, NASPAG will host and bring together over 1000 of the world’s experts in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. Providers across the globe will come together to collaborate, learn, share, develop policy and disseminate best practices pertaining to leading health issues impacting young people today. The mission of the World Congress of Pediatrics and Adolescent Gynecology (WCPAG) Conference 2026 will be to improve the care of patients through evidence based clinical practices including conference topics such as polycystic ovarian disease, eating disorders, ovarian masses, endometriosis, uterovaginal anomalies, care for those with differences in sexual development (DSD) and intersex variants, vulvovaginal concerns in young people, menstrual concerns, fertility preservation, gender care, sex trafficking and genital mutilation, as well as optimizing education for providers and patients. The conference will also include discussions and best practices to ensure physician well being and lifelong mentorship. Key goals of the conference include optimizing surgical practices with cutting edge equipment/minimally invasive technology, creating international patient registries and protocols, engaging in multi-disciplinary collaborations, and partnering with industry as an essential component of our meeting success.
