Cancellation Policy

Written notification of cancellation must be received at the NASPAG Headquarters by March 1, 2023, to obtain a refund - less $100 for administrative fees.

No fees will be refunded after March 1, 2023.


LOCATION

For those who plan to stay through Saturday night and complete our program on Sunday, please find more hotels at a block at the Sheraton Grand Nashville and Courtyard Nashville Downtown which are walking distance to our conference hotel. 

However, if you will be unable to stay through Saturday night, then feel free to continue to first look for a room through our original hotel block at the Renaissance Nashville.

Hotel Deadline date to book your reservation within the block is by 5:00pm CST on February 22, 2023. Negotiated Room Block Rates are not guaranteed after this date.

Room Rates shown do not include 15.25% sales/lodging tax plus $2.50 city tax per room, per night (subject to change). Total room charges will include all room fees and taxes.

Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a penalty of one night’s room and tax to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

ABSTRACTS  (CLOSED)
The NASPAG Program Committee invites you to submit abstracts pertinent to the field of pediatric and adolescent gynecology for presentation at the 37th Annual Clinical Research Meeting (ACRM). Abstracts describing original research or case reports/series will be considered.


Abstracts submitted may contain original work or work previously presented at a meeting of another national or international scientific organization. Though previously presented material may be selected for presentation at the ACRM, only work not previously presented will be award eligible and published in the Journal of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology (JPAG). Abstracts of work previously published or under review as a manuscript in any journal will not be accepted.

New this year! Please indicate whether you are a candidate for the Huffman Capraro Award (criteria listed on site). If selected for an oral presentation, those who identify themselves as a candidate for this award will be required to submit an attestation from the program director or chair confirming the trainee’s role as primary author. This attestation must be submitted when you respond regarding your intent to present your work at the ACRM.
